MUDr. Yvona Angerová, MBA, Ph.D Title: The current concept of productive aging in occupational therapy: Challenges and focus of occupational therapy strategies to promote productive aging Abstract of the diploma thesis: The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes findings in the field of old age and aging, introduces the concept of productive aging, and presents occupational therapy perspectives on supporting it. It also discusses the importance of work and age management, motivations and obstacles to productive activities, and the role of occupational therapists in supporting them. The aim of the practical part of the thesis was to gain insight into the issue of productive aging and to map the motivations of seniors in the Ústí nad Labem Region to continue working or volunteering after reaching retirement age. Part of the objective was also to find out what benefits these activities bring them and to identify the factors supporting and hindering their productive activities. MUDr. Yvona Angerová, MBA, Ph.D Název bakalářské/diplomové práce (Title): Současné pojetí produktivního stárnutí v ergoterapii: Výzvy a zaměření ergoterapeutických strategií pro podporu produktivního stárnutí Abstrakt bakalářské/diplomové práce (Abstract): Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky z oblasti stáří a stárnutí, představuje koncept produktivního stárnutí a ergoterapeutická hlediska jeho podpory. Dále se zabývá významem práce a age managementu, motivací a překážkami produktivních aktivit a úlohou ergoterapeuta při jejich podpoře. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo získat vhled do problematiky produktivního stárnutí a zmapovat motivace seniorů v Ústeckém kraji k pokračování v práci či dobrovolnictví po dosažení důchodového věku. Součástí cíle bylo také zjistit, jaké přínosy jim tyto činnosti přinášejí, a identifikovat faktory podporující i překážky ovlivňující jejich produktivní aktivity. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativní metodou prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osmi respondenty.
