Úloha a význam motivace ke studiu zvoleného studijního oboru

Abstract

This bachelor thesis, titled "The role and importance of motivation in studying a chosen field of study," focuses on students' motivation to study their chosen field, specifically reproduction graphics. The aim of the thesis is to find out what influences students'motivation, what role the teacher and the teaching process play, and how motivation changes over time during their studies. The theoretical part explains the concept of motivation from psychological, pedagogical, and didactic perspectives. It also looks at the connection between motivation and creativity and describes the specifics of vocational education in the field of graphics. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey carried out among students of this field. The results are used to draw conclusions and suggest recommendations for educational practice.

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Úloha a význam motivace ke studiu zvoleného studijního oboru" se zabývá problematikou motivace žáků ke studiu zvoleného oboru, konkrétně oboru reprodukční grafik. Cílem práce je zjistit, co motivaci žáků ovlivňuje, jakou roli má učitel a jak se motivace v průběhu studia mění. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem motivace z psychologického, pedagogického a didaktického hlediska. Součástí je i propojení motivace s tvořivostí a specifiky odborného vzdělávání v grafickém oboru. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi žáky tohoto oboru. Na základě získaných dat jsou vyvozené závěry a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi.
