Možnosti prodlužování pracovní aktivity seniorů

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám obecnými definicemi stáří, historickou retrospektivou zaměstnávání seniorů, stárnutím obyvatelstva a jeho důsledky pro trh práce, legislativní úpravou zaměstnávání seniorů, motivací seniorů k zaměstnávání a problémy pracujících seniorů, jak v životě, tak i na trhu práce. Hlavní cíl mé diplomové práce je zaměřen na problematiku prodlužování pracovní aktivity seniorů. Věnuji se kvalitativní analýze rozhovorů, které jsem v rámci výzkumu uskutečnila s jedenácti odborníky pracujícími v oblastech týkajících se seniorů. Soustřeďuji se na názorové rozdíly odborníků z různých oblastí - státní, nestátní, svazy seniorů, atp. a zajímavé myšlenky, které z rozhovorů vyplynuly. Odborníci vnímají problematiku prodlužování pracovní aktivity seniorů za velmi důležitou a do budoucna se bude muset dále rozšiřovat povědomí společnosti o nutnosti aktivního zapojení seniorů do proudu života společnosti.

In the thesis I deal with the general definitions of old age, a historical retrospective of the employment of seniors, population aging and its implications for the labor market, employment legislation for seniors, seniors incentives to employ and the problems of senior workers, as in life, as well as in the labor market. The aim of my thesis is focused on the issue of extending the work activity of seniors. It describes the qualitative analysis of interviews that I conducted the research with eleven professionals working in areas related to seniors. It focuses on the difference of opinions of experts from various areas - state, private, groups of older people, etc. and interesting ideas that emerged from the interviews. Experts perceive the issue of extending the work activity of seniors to be very important and in the future will need to further expand awareness of the necessity of active involvement of older people in current society.
