Vybraná komunitní centra jako podpora ohrožených rodin na území Prahy z pohledu rodin a sociálních pracovníků

Abstract

This thesis examines the role of selected community centres in Prague within the system of family support. In the context of today's changing society, where families face new challenges such as economic insecurity and social isolation, these centres represent an important tool of prevention and social inclusion. The aim of the thesis is to explore the role community centres play in the everyday lives of families, what benefits and shortcomings are identified by both social workers and the families who use these services, and whether the perspectives of these two groups overlap. The theoretical part introduces key concepts such as the family, parental competencies, and family policy, and places the issue of vulnerable families within the broader framework of child protection. It also describes the method of community work, its history and principles, and focuses specifically on how community centres operate and what services they provide to families with children. The empirical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with two groups of participants: social workers and parents using the services of a community centre. Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí vybraných komunitních center na území Prahy v systému podpory rodin. V kontextu proměn současné společnosti, kdy rodiny čelí novým výzvám, jako je ekonomická nejistota či sociální izolace, představují tato komunitní centra důležitý nástroj prevence a sociálního začleňování. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakou roli hrají v každodenním životě rodin, jaké přínosy a nedostatky v jejich fungování identifikují jak sociální pracovnice, tak i klientské rodiny, a zda se pohledy obou skupin na poskytovanou podporu shodují. V teoretické části popisuji základní pojmy, jako jsou rodina, rodičovské kompetence a rodinná politika, a zasazuji problematiku ohrožených rodin do širšího rámce sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále se věnuji metodě komunitní práce, její historii a principům, a poté se zaměřuji na fungování komunitních center a jejich služby pro rodiny s dětmi. V empirické části vycházím z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se dvěma skupinami participantů, sociálními pracovnicemi a rodiči využívajícími služby komunitního centra. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že zatímco sociální pracovnice vnímají komunitní centra jako klíčový prvek primární prevence a zároveň reflektují systémové bariéry v podobě nestabilního financování, rodiče oceňují především...
