This thesis examines the transformation of the Mora Moravia enterprise from the late 1980s to the present, with a focus on the economic, organizational, and social aspects of this process. The aim of the thesis is to analyze changes in corporate management and the working environment in the context of the transition from a centrally planned economy to a market economy and the subsequent integration into transnational ownership structures. The thesis combines traditional historical research with the method of oral history and is based on archival sources, contemporary press, scholarly literature, and oral history interviews with ten former company employees.
