Zkušenosti s modelem Cochemské praxe v regionu Českolipska

Abstract

This diploma thesis examines the functioning of the Cochem practice in the Česká Lípa region after approximately ten years of its implementation. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how the Cochem practice is perceived and assessed by professionals involved in child custody proceedings and to identify its main benefits, limitations, and factors influencing its effectiveness within a specific regional context. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the Cochem practice, its fundamental principles, and its historical development, and situates it within the context of Czech child custody proceedings and the system of social and legal protection of children as a model of interdisciplinary cooperation. The empirical part is based on qualitative research conducted through six semi-structured interviews with professionals from key institutions involved in the Cochem practice in the Česká Lípa region. The collected data were analysed using thematic analysis and subsequently structured in the form of a SWOT analysis. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fungováním Cochemské praxe v regionu Česká Lípa po přibližně deseti letech jejího zavádění. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak je Cochemská praxe vnímána a hodnocena odbornými pracovníky zapojenými do opatrovnických řízení, a identifikovat její hlavní přínosy, limity a faktory ovlivňující její efektivitu v konkrétním regionálním kontextu. Teoretická část práce vymezuje Cochemskou praxi, její základní principy a historický vývoj a zasazuje ji do kontextu českého opatrovnického řízení a systému sociálně-právní ochrany dětí jako model mezioborové spolupráce. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím šesti polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odbornými pracovníky z klíčových institucí zapojených do Cochemské praxe v regionu Česká Lípa. Získaná data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy a následně strukturována formou SWOT analýzy. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že Cochemská praxe je odborníky vnímána jako funkční a přínosný model, který přispívá ke zkrácení opatrovnických řízení, zlepšení komunikace mezi rodiči a posílení mezioborové spolupráce. Zároveň se ukazuje, že její efektivita je významně ovlivněna motivací rodičů ke spolupráci, dostupností navazujících služeb, personální stabilitou zapojených institucí a kapacitními možnostmi systému....
