Křesťanská duchovní péče v organizaci Royal Rangers

Abstract

This thesis focuses on spiritual care for youth in the Christian organization Royal Rangers. The aim of the thesis is to determine what spiritual care for youth looks like in this organization through structured interviews with several participants. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first introduces the Royal Rangers organization, its history, and structure, while the second presents youth from psychological, generational, and religious studies perspectives. The third chapter deals with the theory of Christian spiritual care for youth, its origins, and its principles, while the fourth part presents the research I conducted using the aforementioned interviews. Tato práce se zabývá duchovní péčí o mládež v křesťanské organizaci Royal Rangers. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak vypadá duchovní péče o mládež v této organizaci a to pomocí strukturovaných rozhovorů s několika účastníky. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly. První představuje organizaci Royal Rangers, její historii a strukturu, další představuje mládež z pohledu psychologického, generačního a religionistického. Třetí kapitola se zabývá teorií křesťanské duchovní péče o mládež, z čeho vychází a jaké jsou její principy, čtvrtá část pak představuje výzkum, který jsem provedl pomocí výše zmiňovaných rozhovorů.
