Masová migrace jako výzva pro komunitní centra při realizaci adaptačních programů

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku adaptace ukrajinských uprchlíků v České republice, se zvláštním důrazem na výuku českého jazyka a poskytování psychologické podpory. Migrace představuje významný společenský proces, který ovlivňuje ekonomické, kulturní a sociální aspekty společnosti. V důsledku války na Ukrajině došlo k výraznému nárůstu počtu uprchlíků v České republice, což přineslo nové výzvy pro integrační a adaptační programy. Zvolená problematika reflektuje odborné zaměření studia a je zasazena do kontextu aktuálních výzev spojených s integrací uprchlíků v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit zkušenosti ukrajinských uprchlíků s jazykovou a psychologickou podporou poskytovanou komunitními centry v České republice a na základě jejich zpětné vazby formulovat doporučení pro další rozvoj adaptačních programů. Praktická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, který zahrnuje polostrukturované rozhovory s ukrajinskými uprchlíky a pracovníky komunitních center v České republice. Aj This thesis focuses on the issue of the adaptation of Ukrainian refugees in the Czech Republic, with particular emphasis on Czech language instruction and the provision of psychological support. Migration represents a significant social process that affects the economic, cultural, and social aspects of society. As a result of the war in Ukraine, there has been a significant increase in the number of refugees in the Czech Republic, bringing new challenges for integration and adaptation programs. The selected topic reflects the academic focus of the study and is set in the context of current challenges related to refugee integration in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the experiences of Ukrainian refugees with language and psychological support provided by community centres in the Czech Republic and, based on their feedback, to formulate recommendations for the further development of adaptation programmes. The practical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research, which includes semi-structured interviews with Ukrainian refugees and staff of community centers in the Czech Republic.
