Adaptační proces všeobecných sester ve vlastním sociálním prostředí klienta

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zkušenosti všeobecných sester s adaptačním procesem v agenturách domácí péče a sleduje, jak sestry popisují své uvedení do praxe v prostředí klientova domova. Cílem výzkumu bylo porozumět tomu, jak sestry hodnotí vlastní připravenost, jak vnímají podporu během prvních týdnů a které podmínky považují za významné pro získání profesní jistoty. Výzkum byl veden kvalitativním přístupem prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, jež umožnily zachytit individuální prožitky informantů a porozumět situacím, které ovlivňují jejich profesní orientaci. Rozhovory byly realizovány s pracovníky pražských agentur domácí péče, přepsány do textové podoby a analyzovány pomocí tematické analýzy. Tato metoda umožnila sledovat opakující se významové oblasti a odhalit faktory, které sestry popisovaly jako zásadní pro postupné získávání jistoty. Analýza přinesla také vhled do rozdílů mezi jednotlivými pracovníky, které se objevovaly v souvislosti s jejich profesní historií. Výsledky ukázaly, že adaptační proces ve vlastním sociálním klienta je ovlivněn předchozí zkušeností, délkou a obsahem zaškolení, dostupností odborné podpory i mírou samostatnosti, kterou sestry postupně přebírají. This thesis focuses on the experiences of general nurses undergoing the adaptation process in home care agencies and explores how nurses describe their introduction to practice in the client's home environment. The aim of the research was to understand how nurses evaluate their preparedness, how they perceive support during the initial weeks of employment, and which conditions they consider important for gaining professional confidence. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach based on semi-structured interviews, which enabled the capture of individual experiences and provided insight into situations influencing the informant' professional development. The interviews were carried out with staff members of Prague home care agencies, transcribed into written form and analysed through thematic analysis. This method made it possible to identify recurring meanings and determine the factors the nurses described as essential for building confidence. The analysis also revealed differences linked to the respondents' professional backgrounds. The findings show that the adaptation process in home care is shaped by previous professional experience, the length and content of initial training, the availability of support, and the degree of independence gradually assumed by the nurses.
