Motivace mladých lidí ke vstupu do mládežnických politických organizací českých pravicových stran

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivacemi mladých lidí ke vstupu do mládežnických politických organizací. Zaměřuje se konkrétně na případ České republiky a na mládežnické organizace českých pravicových stran. Cílem práce je identifikovat motivační faktory členů a členek Mladých lidovců, Mladé ODS, TOP týmu, Mladých Svobodných, Generace Motor a Mladého ANO ke vstupu do organizace. Zároveň se snaží zjistit, co ovlivnilo a formovalo jejich názory a politické ukotvení. Data k zodpovězení otázek jsou získávána dvojím způsobem - dotazníkovým šetřením a rozhovory. Důraz je kladen především na kvalitativní část výzkumu, v rámci kterého byly analyzovány rozhovory s devíti členy a jednou členkou pravicových mládežnických organizací. Podle sesbíraných dat respondentky a respondenty ke vstupu do organizace motivovalo především navázání vazeb se stejně starými a smýšlejícími lidmi, posílení občanské společnosti, v menší míře určité politické ambice. Naopak se neprojevily motivace spojované s vlastnostmi strany nebo s určitými osobnostmi stran. Výjimkou byla osobnost Andreje Babiše, jehož politika motivovala část respondentů ke vstupu do stran, které se označovaly za jeho oponenty. This bachelor thesis examines the motivations of young people to join youth political organizations. It focuses specifically on the case of the Czech Republic and the youth organizations of Czech right-wing parties. The aim of the thesis is to identify the motivational factors of members of Mladí lidovci, Mladá ODS, TOP tým, Mladí Svobodní, Generace Motor, and Mladé ANO for joining the organization. At the same time, it attempts to determine what influenced and shaped their opinions and political affiliations. The data to answer these questions is obtained in two ways: through a survey and interviews. The emphasis is primarily on the qualitative part of the research, which analyzed interviews with nine male members and one female member of right-wing youth organizations. According to the collected data, the respondents were motivated to join the organization primarily by establishing ties with people of the same age and mindset, strengthening civil society, and, to a lesser extent, certain political ambitions. On the contrary, motivations associated with the characteristics of the party or certain party personalities were not evident.
