Odměňování dětských influencerů Abstrakt Fenomén dětských influencerů a s ním spojené otázky práv nezletilých tvůrců se stávají stále větší součástí veřejné debaty. V posledních měsících se mohla veřejnost seznámit s několika případy, kdy se zahraniční online tvůrci dostali pod drobnohled kvůli využívání vlastních dětí k tvorbě obsahu, který jim přinášel značné finanční zisky. Tyto situace často vyvolávají otázky ohledně etických hranic a ochrany práv dětí v digitálním prostředí. Znepokojivé jsou i výpovědi dnes již bývalých dětských influencerů, kteří často uvádějí, že za svou práci nebyli dostatečně, nebo vůbec kompenzováni. Jejich odměny, pokud vůbec nějaké byly, sloužily spíše jako motivace k další práci, než jako spravedlivá finanční kompenzace za jejich úsilí a čas. Na tento narůstající problém již reagoval omezený počet zahraničních států, které přijaly specifickou právní úpravu zaměřenou na zajištění nároku nezletilých na spravedlivou odměnu. In recent months, the public has become aware of several cases in which foreign online creators have come under scrutiny for using their own children to create content that has brought them considerable financial gains. These situations often raise questions about ethical boundaries and the protection of children's rights in the digital environment. The testimonies of former child influencers, who often report that they were not adequately compensated or compensated at all for their work, are also disturbing. Their remuneration, if any, served more as motivation to continue working than as fair financial compensation for their efforts and time. A limited number of foreign countries have already responded to this growing problem by adopting specific legislation aimed at ensuring minors' entitlement to fair remuneration.
