Mezi klíčové přínosy práce patří nové teoretické poznatky, algoritmická vylepšení a praktické implementace přizpůsobené reál- ným aplikacím s širokým uplatněním v různých vědních oblastech.
Inverse problems represent a fundamental challenge in scientific computing, frequently arising in applications such as imaging and data reconstruction. These problems are typically ill-posed, meaning that small perturbations in the measured data can lead to large deviations in the computed solution. In multi-dimensional settings, the presence of extremely high noise levels in the data is common, and matrix-free formulations are of- ten necessary to ensure computational feasibility. Efficient regularization techniques are therefore essential for obtaining meaningful results. This thesis focuses on the develop- ment and analysis of iterative regularization methods well-suited to such problems, with particular emphasis on the LSQR algorithm. Key contributions include new theoretical insights, algorithmic enhancements, and practical implementations tailored to real-world applications, with broad relevance across various scientific domains.
