Tato práce se skládá z analýzy, překladu a komentáře překladu 10. a části 11. kapitoly knihy The Family That Couldn't Sleep: A Medical Mystery amerického autora D. T. Maxe. Cílem analýzy je popis výchozího textu z překladového hlediska, zatímco komentář se soustředí na popis problémů a posunů vzniklých během překladu. The goal of the analysis is to describe the source text from a translation-oriented perspective, while the commentary focuses on the analysis of issues encountered and shifts made during the process of translation itself.
