Duševní zdraví a psychosociální dovednosti dětí rodičů s poruchou osobnosti: scoping review

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to explore the issue of mental health in children growing up in families where at least one parent has a personality disorder. The theoretical part focuses on a general overview of personality disorders, including their diagnostic criteria, characteristic features, prevalence, etiology, and research-specific considerations. Particular attention is given to borderline and antisocial personality disorders, as these are most frequently studied in the context of parenting. This is followed by a summary of current findings concerning the mental health of children of parents with these disorders. The empirical part of the thesis presents a scoping review conducted in accordance with the methodological guidelines of PRISMA-ScR (Tricco et al., 2018). A total of 3 451 publications were identified in the PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases, covering the period from January 1, 2013 to January 6, 2025. Of these, 24 articles met the inclusion criteria, representing 18 independent studies. Cílem této práce je představit problematiku duševního zdraví dětí vyrůstajících v rodinách, kde alespoň jeden z rodičů trpí poruchou osobnosti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku poruch osobnosti - včetně jejich diagnostických kritérií, typických rysů, prevalence, etiologie a specifik výzkumu v této oblasti. Pozornost je věnována především hraniční a antisociální poruše osobnosti, které jsou v souvislosti s rodičovstvím nejčastěji zkoumány. Následuje přehled současných poznatků o duševním zdraví dětí rodičů s těmito poruchami. Empirická část práce obsahuje scoping review zpracované v souladu s metodologickými doporučeními PRISMA-ScR (Tricco et al., 2018). V databázích PubMed, Scopus a Web of Science bylo identifikováno celkem 3 451 publikací vydaných v období od 1. 1. 2013 do 6. 1. 2025. Z nich splnilo stanovená kritéria 24 článků zahrnujících 18 samostatných studií. Devět studií se věnovalo dětem rodičů s hraniční poruchou osobnosti, dvě studie s antisociální poruchou osobnosti, pět studií mezi jednotlivými poruchami osobnosti nerozlišovalo, jedna studie porovnávala vliv duševních poruch a jejich komorbidit s poruchami osobnosti a jedna se zabývala rozdíly mezi hraniční a ostatními poruchami osobnosti.
