Analýza informační bezpečnosti uživatelů internetu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes the information security of internet users. It focuses on capturing the development and prioritization of internet security for ordinary users within a historical context, covering the period from year 2000 to the present, and the probable future developments. The specific objective of this thesis is to define the greatest threats to information security today, how these threats have evolved, and what the greatest security threats are for the future, for individual users, libraries as institutions, commercial corporations, and the general majority of society. Another objective of this thesis is to identify the most at-risk groups of internet users and propose possible solutions to help these groups improve their information security. The thesis also aims to describe specific cases of security breaches and propose possible solutions that would help users to increase their security when working on the internet. Methodologically, the research part includes a quantitative survey in the form of a questionnaire survey in a randomly generated group of internet users from different age groups, so that the analysis is comprehensive from the younger generation to the oldest, and then a comparison with other surveys already conducted in the Czech Republic and abroad. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou informační bezpečnosti uživatelů internetu. Tato práce se zaměřuje na zachycení vývoje a prioritizace bezpečnosti práce s internetem pro běžného uživatele, v rámci historického kontextu, v období od roku 2000 po současnost a pravděpodobnost budoucího vývoje. Konkrétním cílem práce je definování největších bezpečnostních hrozeb informační bezpečnosti dnešní doby, jak se dané hrozby vyvíjely a jaké jsou největší bezpečnostní hrozby do budoucnosti, a to pro individuálního uživatele, knihovnu jako instituci, obchodní korporace a pro obecnou většinovou společnost. Dalším cílem této práce je vymezení nejrizikovější skupiny uživatelů internetu a návrh možných opatření, jak pomoci těmto skupinám zlepšit jejich informační bezpečnost. Cílem práce je také popsání konkrétních případů narušení bezpečnosti a navržení možných opatření, která by uživatelům pomohla zvýšit bezpečnost práce na internetu. Metodologicky výzkumná část zahrnuje kvantitativní průzkum formou dotazníkového šetření v náhodně vygenerované skupině uživatelů internetu z různých věkových skupin, tak aby byla analýza komplexní od mladé generace po nejstarší, a dále pak srovnání s jinými již provedenými průzkumy v České republice a zahraničí.
