Šikana v prostředí střední školy

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is bullying. The theoretical part is devoted to the risk behaviour associated with bullying, the theoretical definition of the concept of bullying. It also deals with the causes, forms and consequences of bullying. Furthermore, the procedures in the field of investigating behaviour that has the characteristics of bullying are described. Space is also devoted to the topic of bullying prevention, as well as to persons and institutions working in this field. The theory also mentions the mechanism of moral unbinding and the concept of cyberbullying. The practical part deals with the personal perspective of high school students on the concept of bullying in relation to bullying as well. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews, thus counting as qualitative research. The respondents were students of secondary school of education, their class teacher and a prevention methodologist. The paper also includes the presentation of specific findings based on the analysis of the research results. The results of the research provided a glimpse into the world of a given class of students.

Tématem této bakalářské práce je šikana. Teoretická část je věnována rizikovému chování spojenému se šikanou, teoretickému konceptu šikany. Zabývá se také příčinami šikany, formami a důsledky. Dále jsou popsány postupy v oblasti vyšetřování chování, které má charakter šikany. Prostor je věnován také tématu prevence šikany, dále osobám a institucím, které v této oblasti působí. V teorii je zmíněn také mechanismus morálního vyvazování a pojem kyberšikany. Praktická část se zabývá osobním pohledem studentů jedné střední školy na konstrukt šikany a kyberšikany. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, šlo tedy o kvalitativní výzkum. Respondenty se stali studenti jedné třídy střední pedagogické školy a jejich třídní učitel a metodik prevence. Součástí práce je představení konkrétních zjištění na základě analýzy výsledků výzkumu. Výsledky výzkumu umožnily nahlédnout do světa konkrétního třídního kolektivu studentů.
