Vnímání nabízených sociálních služeb ukrajinskými uprchlíky v Praze

Abstract

This thesis examines the perception of social services by Ukrainian refugees in Prague. The main objective is to analyze how refugees from Ukraine have perceived social services since their arrival in the Czech Republic and to identify the key factors that shape their perception. The theoretical part presents key concepts, with a particular focus on perception from the perspective of general and social psychology, including possible perceptual distortions. It also defines the definitions of "refugee" and "migrant" and distinguishes between the general status of a refugee and the specific situation of refugees from Ukraine. Additional emphasis is placed on the role of social work, government institutions, social services, and the role of non-governmental non-profit organizations. The empirical part describes the research methodology, including the chosen research strategy, data collection methods, and respondent selection. The chapter "Analysis and Interpretation of Data" explains the open coding process, defines categories, and presents the research results. The final part contains a discussion of the data obtained and a summary of the main findings. Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vnímání sociálních služeb ukrajinskými uprchlíky v Praze. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je analyzovat, jak uprchlíci z Ukrajiny vnímají sociální služby od svého příjezdu do České republiky, a identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují jejich vnímání. Teoretická část představuje klíčové pojmy se zvláštním zaměřením na vnímání z pohledu obecné a sociální psychologie, včetně možných percepčních zkreslení. Definuje také pojmy "uprchlík" a "migrant" a rozlišuje mezi obecným statusem uprchlíka a specifickou situací uprchlíků z Ukrajiny. Pozornost je věnována také sociální práci, státním institucím, sociálním službám a roli nestátních neziskových organizací. Empirická část popisuje metodologii výzkumu, včetně zvolené výzkumné strategie, metod sběru dat a výběru respondentů. Kapitola "Analýza a interpretace dat" vysvětluje proces otevřeného kódování, definuje kategorie a představuje výsledky výzkumu.
