Psychohygiena v neziskových organizacích poskytující penitenciární péči

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of psychohygiene workers of non - governmental non -profit organizations who operate in the field of penitential care. The work is based on the assumption that the performance of helping professions in the prison environment is associated with high psychological burden and the risk of burnout, frustration or other psychosocial problems. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the concept of psychohygiene, its tools and importance in the context of helping professions, as well as on the specifics of work in non -profit organizations and the characteristics of penitentary and postpopectéc care. The practical part is based on quantitative research, which was carried out in the form of an anonymous questionnaire survey among 30 workers from eight regions of the Czech Republic. Research maps their experience with psychological burden, ways of managing it used forms of prevention and availability of support from employers, colleagues and third parties. The results show that respondents are aware of the importance of psychohygiene and actively try to cope with the burden, but institutional support is often insufficient or lacking. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou psychohygieny pracovníků nestátních neziskových organizací, kteří působí v oblasti penitenciární péče. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že výkon pomáhajících profesí ve vězeňském prostředí je spojen s vysokou psychickou zátěží a rizikem vzniku syndromu vyhoření, frustrace nebo dalších psychosociálních obtíží. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu psychohygiena, její nástroje a význam v kontextu pomáhajících profesí, dále na specifika práce v neziskových organizacích a charakteristiku penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu, který byl realizován formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření mezi 30 pracovníky z osmi krajů České republiky. Výzkum mapuje jejich zkušenosti s psychickou zátěží, způsoby jejího zvládání, využívané formy prevence a dostupnost podpory ze strany zaměstnavatelů, kolegů i třetích stran. Výsledky ukazují, že respondenti si význam psychohygieny uvědomují a aktivně se snaží zátěž zvládat, avšak institucionální podpora je často nedostatečná nebo chybí. Práce poukazuje na potřebu systematického přístupu k péči o duševní zdraví pracovníků neziskového sektoru v oblasti vězeňství.
