Faktory spolupráce nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež se základními školami

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of interdisciplinary cooperation between social workers of low threshold facilities for children and youth and workers of primary schools, especially members of the school counselling centre who have experience with this cooperation. The aim of the thesis is to identify the circumstances that influence the process of establishing and the course of mutual cooperation between the individual actors. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on a social ecological perspective in social work and focuses on introducing the relevant actors involved in the process of supporting pupils and social work in schools. It describes their agendas, specificities and areas where they meet or diverge. It describes the specificities of the relationship between social workers and school system workers and possible methods of their cooperation. At the same time, it points out the current situation in primary schools and the possible limits to which the cooperation between the school and the local low-threshold facility for children and youth can contribute. (česky) Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem mezioborové spolupráce mezi sociálními pracovníky nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež a pracovníky základních škol, zejména členy školního poradenského pracoviště, kteří mají s touto spoluprací zkušenosti. Cílem práce je identifikovat okolnosti, které ovlivňují proces navazování a průběh vzájemné spolupráce mezi jednotlivými subjekty. Teoretická část práce se opírá o sociálně ekologickou perspektivu v sociální práci a zaměřuje se na představení relevantních aktérů a aktérek zapojených do procesu podpory žactva a sociální práce na školách. Popisuje jejich agendy, specifika a oblasti, v nichž se setkávají nebo rozcházejí. Popisuje specifika vzájemného vztahu pracovníků ze sociálního a školního systému a možné metody jejich spolupráce. Zároveň poukazuje na aktuální situaci na základních školách a na možné limity, k jejichž odstranění může kooperace školy s lokálním nízkoprahovým zařízením pro děti a mládež přispět. Cíle práce bude dosaženo kvalitativním výzkumem pomocí skupinových diskusí, tzv. focus group, kterých se zúčastní na jedné straně zkušené odbornice z NZDM a koordinátorem, kteří na spolupracích participují, a na straně druhé pracovnice ze základních škol.
