Přechodná období zavedly kromě Švédska, Velké Británie a Irska všechny ostatní státy. Jak se...
73 Resumé The Employment of the Czech Citizens in the European Union Countries The purpose of my thesis is to analyze the access of the Czech migrant workers to the labour market of countries of the European Union. In my work I aimed my research on two countries - Germany and Republic of Ireland. The reason was that these two countries have chosen two different strategies and due to the fact I could look at the issue from two different perspectives. The thesis is composed of six chapters. Each deals with questions of access on labour market and policies of each member state in this area. In the first chapter I concentrated on the development of the free movement of workers right and its enactment in European legislation. The second chapter deals with the structure of the right of free movement of persons. It targets on each single component of this basic right. The third chapter focuses on possibilities of employment of Czech citizens in EU countries in general. The fourth chapter is concentrated on the access of Czech workers to German labour market, its possibilities, restrictions and German migrant policies in general. Chapter fifth is aimed to Irish employment polices and possibilities for Czech citizens in the Irish labour market with a view to Irish labour law applying on Czech workers. Conclusion is...
