This thesis examines the everyday form of lecturing activities in the field of primary prevention, carried out at elementary schools, carried out within a non-governmental organization. The aim of the thesis is to understand this practice in its specific form and broader context. The research is based on a qualitative approach and combines participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and an autoethnographic perspective. Based on an analysis of the collected material, the thesis was divided into three thematic sections that overlap and complement each other. The first part focuses on lecturing as a performative practice and uses Goffman's dramaturgical theory to understand the ways in which lecturers perform in the school environment. The second part focuses on the discipline and power relations that lecturers enter into, whether in relation to classes, teachers, the institution, or each other. The third part focuses on the emotions experienced by lecturers, their attitude towards themselves and the class, and the context of affective work associated with lecturing.
