Syntéza obsahovala glykosylaci, hydrogenaci, diazotační chlorodeaminaci a následně byl proveden Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling. Na závěr byly odstraněny chránící skupiny nukleosidů. Bude testována schopnost těchto ribonukleosidů inhibovat MtbADK a také jejich protinádorová aktivita. A series of 4 pyrazolopyrimidine nucleosides with potential biological activity was prepared in this bachelor thesis. The synthesis consisted of glycosylation, hydrogenation, diazotation and subsequently Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling was performed. Finally, the protecting groups were removed. The ability of those ribonucleosides to inhibit MtbADK and their anticancer activity will be tested.
