The bachelor's thesis deals with symbiotic organisms occurring in wild bees. Special attention is focused on mutualistic relationships, mostly devoted to organisms associated with bee larvae and the bee nest. Symbiotic relationships are an indispensable part of the life of bees, influencing both their ontogenetic development and health or other ecological interactions with other organisms. The mentioned organisms include microorganisms such as bacteria, yeasts or other fungi, representatives of the groups of mites (Acari), nematodes (Nematoda) and insects (Insecta), which this thesis clearly mentions. A summary of various symbiotic relationships, such as mutualism, commensalism or predation, is also given, and the problem with their definitions is mentioned. Current knowledge and shortcomings in research are also discussed. From the available information sources, it follows that a crucial role in the survival and reproduction of bees is played primarily by microbial communities in bee nests. The work aims to contribute, by providing a clear list of available information on the issue of symbiotic relationships and organisms, to a deeper understanding of these complex interactions and their significance for wild bee species and other participating organisms. Key words: symbionts, mutualism,...
