Stavební úřad na Malé Straně v 17. století. Analýza Knihy stavebního dozoru z let 1601-1678

Abstract

1 Abstract: This thesis deals with the Building Office in Lesser Town Prague in the 17th Century, based on an analysis of the Building Supervision Book from the years 1601-1678. Its main objective is to reconstruct the structure and activities of the office as reflected in this manuscript. The opening chapters focus on administrative history-tracing the institutional framework and daily agenda of the Malá Strana building office within the context of Lesser Town municipal governance, while comparing its powers and operations with those of the Six-Man Offices (šestipanské úřady) in the Old and New Towns of Prague. The final chapter is dedicated to a diplomatically and paleographically grounded analysis, exploring the formal structure and types of entries (including výchoz - site visit, contracts, and šacuňky - site evaluation), as well as the nature of construction-related cases and potential identification of specific buildings. The concluding section assesses the manuscript's significance as a historical source for understanding the architectural and urban development of Malá Strana in the 17th century. 1 Abstrakt: Práce se zabývá Stavebním úřadem na Malé Straně v 17. století na základě analýzy Knihy stavebního dozoru z let 1601-1678. Cílem je na základě tohoto rukopisu rekonstruovat podobu a činnost úřadu. V počátečních kapitolách se práce zaměřuje na dějiny správy - sleduje institucionální zakotvení a každodenní agendu malostranského stavebního úřadu v rámci městské správy Menšího Města pražského a srovnává jeho pravomoci a fungování s šestipanskými úřady Starého a Nového Města pražského. Poslední kapitola je věnována samotné diplomaticko-paleografické analýze, kde zkoumá formální strukturu a typy jednotlivých zápisů (výchozy, smlouvy, šacuňky), typy projednávaných stavebních záležitostí a snaží se o identifikaci některých staveb. Závěrečná část hodnotí význam knihy jako historického pramene přispívajícího k poznání stavebního vývoje Malé Strany.
