Možnosti a výzvy integrace peruánské menšiny v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the integration of the Peruvian community in the Czech Republic and its significance for social work, which deals with migration and integration issues. In today's globalized world, migration is one of the key topics not only for European countries but also for the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyze how the Peruvian minority has integrated into the Czech Republic and to identify the key factors that have influenced this process. The theoretical part focuses primarily on defining key concepts related to migration, the history of the Peruvian community in the Czech Republic, and the development of migration and integration policies in our country. It also examines the role of integration policy in the process of integration in the Czech state. The practical part focuses on qualitative research, using a biographical-narrative method to analyze the personal experiences of members of the Peruvian community. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the motivations and challenges that the Peruvian community has faced during their integration into a new environment. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku integrace peruánské komunity v České republice a její význam pro sociální práci, která se otázkou migrace a integrace zabývá. V současném globalizovaném světě je otázka migrace jedním z klíčových témat nejen pro evropské státy ale i pro Českou republiky. Cílem této práce je analyzovat, jak se peruánská menšina integrovala v České republice a jaké byly klíčové faktory, které tento proces ovlivnily. Teoretická část se zaměřuje v první řadě na definování klíčových pojmů týkající se migrace, dále na historii peruánské komunity v České republice a na vývoj migrační a integrační politiky na našem území. Teoretická část se věnuje roli, jakou v procesu integrace hraje integrační politika českého státu. Praktická část se soustředí na kvalitativní výzkum, pomocí biograficko-narativní metody je analyzovaná osobní zkušenost členů peruánské komunity. Tento přístup umožňuje hlubšímu porozumění motivacím a výzvám, kterým peruánská komunita čelila během integrace na nové prostředí. Výzkumné otázky byly rozděleny do dvou kategorií: životní zkušenosti a kulturní vzorce respondentů.
