Sociokulturní a náboženská integrace v perspektivě farního sboru ČCE

Abstract

Sociocultural integration is a sensitive process associated with people who have left their home country and are trying to integrate into everyday life in a new, but above all different, place in another country. Socio-cultural integration of individuals or small groups is, nevertheless, a com­ mon part of society within a country or city and its different social groups. The present work deals with the issue of the sociocultural integration of two religious communities that used to operate wi­ thin the same city, at some point and under the influence of the circumstances that arose, they star­ ted a joint process that resulted in the merger and creation of one community. As the bachelor thesis, which also includes an empirical investigation, shows, the outcome of socio- cultural integration is influenced by many aspects that affect the extent to which integration is or is not successful. The bachelor thesis is based on the idea that socio-cultural integration is largely a question of mutual social relationships that must be newly accepted and built. Let us be encouraged by the fact that successful integration can have an enriching effect for all con­ cerned, while at the same time bringing about their common development. Sociokulturní integrace je citlivý proces, který zdaleka není možné spojovat pouze s lidmi, kteří opustili svou rodnou zemi a snaží se zapojit do každodenního života na novém, především však ji­ ném místě v jiné zemi. Sociokulturní integrace jednotlivců či menších skupin je běžnou součástí společnosti v rámci jedné země, jednoho města a v nich různých společenských skupin. Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou sociokulturní integrace dvou náboženských komunit, které v minu­ losti působily v rámci jednoho města, v jistém okamžiku a pod vlivem vzniklých okolností započaly společný proces, jehož výsledkem bylo spojení a vytvoření komunity jedné. Jak bakalářská práce, jejíž součástí je také empirické šetření, ukazuje, výsledek sociokulturní in­ tegrace je ovlivněn mnoha aspekty, které mají vliv na to, do jaké míry je integrace zdařilá či nikoliv. Bakalářská práce se opírá o myšlenku, že sociokulturní integrace je z velké části otázkou vzájem­ ných společenských vztahů, které je nezbytné nově přijímat a utvářet. Povzbudivá nechť je skutečnost, že úspěšná integrace může mít pro všechny zainteresované obo­ hacující účinek, a zároveň může přinést jejich společný rozvoj.
