Faktory úspěšnosti integrace lidí s migrační zkušeností v ČR

Diplomová práce Leona Bártová Abstract (in English) This thesis explores the integration process of individuals with migration experience living in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on defining key concepts such as integration and migration. The empirical section outlines the research methodology and presents an interpretation of the findings from a qualitative study. The main aim was to identify the factors that most significantly influence the integration process. Additional objectives included examining the main barriers migrants face, how they feel living in the Czech Republic, and how they perceive the attitudes of Czech society towards people of different nationalities. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with migrants as well as social workers who work directly with this target group. The findings show that human capital is the most important factor contributing positively to integration, as it enables development in other areas of life. The greatest barrier is the Czech language - most respondents find it very difficult to learn, and the lack of language skills often limits daily functioning. Diplomová práce Leona Bártová Abstrakt (česky) Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem integrace osob s migrační zkušeností žijících v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, jako jsou integrace a migrace. Praktická část se věnuje popisu metodologie a interpretaci výsledků vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu. Hlavním cílem bylo identifikovat faktory, které nejvýznamněji ovlivňují proces integrace. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, jaké bariéry integrace cizinci vnímají, jak se v České republice cítí a jak podle nich česká společnost přistupuje k lidem jiné národnosti. Výzkum byl realizován formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s respondenty a respondentkami z řad lidí s migrační zkušeností žijících v ČR a se sociálními pracovnicemi působícími ve službách zaměřených na tuto cílovou skupinu. Z výsledků vyplývá, že klíčovým faktorem úspěšné integrace je lidský kapitál, který umožňuje rozvoj v dalších oblastech života. Největší bariérou je jazyková vybavenost - čeština je pro většinu respondentů velmi obtížná a její neznalost často omezuje každodenní fungování. Ukázalo se také, že česká společnost je respondenty často vnímána jako uzavřená, diskriminační či rasistická. Přesto se většina cizinců v ČR cítí bezpečně - mnohdy dokonce bezpečněji než ve své zemi původu - a právě pocit bezpečí...
