Systém sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v ČR jako nástroj integrace nezletilých bez doprovodu

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the system of social and legal protection of children in the Czech Republic and its role in the integration of unaccompanied minors into Czech society. The aim of the thesis is to examine how the current system of social and legal protection of children in the Czech Republic provides protection and support to migrant minors and contributes to their adaptation to the new environment and integration into Czech society. The theoretical part defines key concepts and the system of social and legal protection in the Czech Republic as a comprehensive whole, focusing on what methods and tools from the position of the social and legal protection of children authority, including cooperation with other institutions, can be used to protect unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic, and which contribute to their integration. The research part of the thesis displays descriptive statistics for the period 2015 - 2024, focusing on how many unaccompanied minors were secured in the Czech Republic and how many of them began to integrate into Czech society. Subsequent qualitative research using interviews with now adult migrants will shed light on how they perceive the process of integration into Czech society through the tools of social and legal protection of children.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu systému sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v ČR a jeho roli při integraci nezletilých bez doprovodu do české společnosti. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jak současný systém sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v ČR poskytuje ochranu a podporu nezletilým migrantům a přispívá k jejich adaptaci na nové prostředí a integraci do české společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy a systém sociálně-právní ochrany v ČR v komplexním celku se zaměřením jaké metody a nástroje z pozice orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, včetně spolupráce s dalšími institucemi, je možné využívat při ochraně nezletilých bez doprovodu na území ČR, a které přispívají k jejich integraci. Výzkumná část práce zobrazí popisnou statistiku za období 2015 - 2024 se zaměřením kolik nezletilých bez doprovodu bylo zajištěno na území ČR a kolik se jich začalo integrovat do české společnosti. Následný kvalitativní výzkum metodou rozhovorů s dnes již dospělými migranty přiblíží, jak proces integrace do české společnosti prostřednictvím nástrojů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí vnímají.
