Umělecké motivy v hudební tvorbě Jima Čerta

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu motivické složky v tvorbě akordeonisty Františka Horáčka alias Jima Čerta. V první části je uveden literárně-historický kontext undergroundové subkultury sedmdesátých a osmdesátých let a naznačena její transformace v letech devadesátých. To vše propojeno do souvislostí s životní dráhou samotného Horáčka, která se odrážela i v proměňujícím se hudebníkově postavení v kategorii českých písničkářů, ve které, nejen kvůli kontroverzi spojené s jeho osobou, ale i díky originálnímu přístupu k performativní, textové a hudební rovině, figuruje jako solitér. V druhé části jsou představeny jednotlivé motivické okruhy a jak se do nich otiskla umělcova reflexe české normalizační společnosti, kultura pseudolidových, dělnických a hospodských písní a ezotericko-spirituální tematika. Kromě dobových periodik, esejí a archivních materiálů vztahujících se k tzv. druhé kultuře jsem čerpala především z Čertovy diskografie, a také ze dvou neoficiálních nahrávek jeho koncertů z rodinné sbírky magnetofonových kazet. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the motivic components in the work of accordionist František Horáček, alias Jim Čert. The first part presents the literature-historical context of the underground subculture of the seventies and eighties and outlines its transformation in the nineties. All this is linked to the life path of Horáček himself, which is reflected in the musician's changing position in the category of Czech songwriters, in which, not only due to the controversy associated with his personality, but also due to his original approach to the performance, lyrics and music, he figures as a solitaire. In the second part, the various thematic areas are presented and how the artist's reflection on Czech normalisation society, the culture of folk, workers' and pub songs and esoteric- spiritual themes are imprinted on them. In addition to contemporary periodicals, essays and archival materials related to the so-called second culture, I drew primarily from Čert's discography, as well as two unofficial recordings of his concerts from my family's collection of magnetophon tapes.
