Dystopické omegaverse: analýza reprezentací rape culture ve vybraných fanfikcích

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám projevy rape culture ve vybraných fanfikcích. Fanfikce je literární tvorba fanoušků nějakého původního díla, zpravidla literárního či filmového. Jelikož jsou fanfikce velmi široký pojem, zúžila jsem je na "žánr" omegaverse (jejichž nejvýraznějším prvkem je práce s komplexní strukturou nebinárních pohlaví), které zároveň spadají do žánru kritické dystopie (tedy díle zabývajícím se fiktivní společností, která je horší, než čtenářčina*ova). V první části hlouběji vysvětlím terminologii, se kterou budu pracovat. Zároveň představím termín rape culture, tedy kulturní uspořádání, které umožňuje a/nebo ulehčuje znásilnění jiné osoby. Kromě toho uvedu i metodologii a představím konkrétní analyzované příběhy. Ve druhé části představím jednotlivé prvky rape culture, seřazené do tematických skupin, počínaje obecnými hierarchickými strukturami přes konkrétní jevy až po samotný konec fanfikcí. In my diploma thesis, I deal with expressions of rape culture in selected fanfictions. Fanfiction is a literary work of fans of some original work, usually a literature or a movie. Since fanfiction is a very broad teerm, I narrowed it down to the "genre" of omegaverse (which most prominent characteristic is a complex structure of non-binary sexes) which also fall into the genre of critical dystopia (that is, works dealing with a fictional society, that is worse the the reader's one) In the first part, I will introduce in more depth the termnilogy with which I will work. I will also introduce the term rape culture, i. e. cultural arrangement that enables and/or facilitates the rape of another person. In addition, I will present the methodology and discribe the analyzed stories as well. In the second part, I will present the individual elements of rape culture sorted into thematic groups, starting with general hierarchical structures through specific phenomena to the very end of fanfiction.
