Slaďování pracovního a osobního života u žen podnikatelek

Abstract

Cílem práce bude zjistit, jak ženy úspěšné na poli podnikání kloubí svou pracovní roli s rolemi v rodině a osobním životě. Práce se konkrétně soustředí na podnikání ve strukturální firmě. Oblast podnikání se vztahuje na finanční sektor, potažmo finanční trh. Organizace času je pro podnikání nezbytná, je nutné mít plán, v souvislosti s ním mít naplánované aktivity. V podnikání také není autorita jako nadřízený/á, který/á rozděluje práci. Podnikatel/ka si je pán/paní svého času, tudíž je nutné si naplánovat práci sám/sama. Data k tomuto výzkumu budou sesbírána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Úspěšné ženy-podnikatelky budou vybírány podle toho, jak dlouho se podnikání věnují a zda je toto jejich hlavní výdělečná činnost. Zásadní také bude výkon a finanční ohodnocení. The aim of the work will be to find out how successful women in the field of entrepreneurship combine their working role with roles in family and personal life. The work specifically focuses on doing business in a structural company. The field of business is the financial sector or we could say financial market. Time organisation is essential for business, it is necessary to have a plan, to have activities planned. There is also no authority in business as the superviser who distributes the work. Entrepreneur is the master/mistress of his/her time so it is necessary to plant the work for yourself. Succesful female entrepreneurs will be selected according to how long they have been in business and whether this is their main gainful activity. Achievement and financial evaluation will also be essential. Data for this research will be collected through semi-structured interviews.
