Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá komentovaným překladem vybrané kapitoly 10 Motivation - was entfacht das innere Feuer? z knihy Kopf gewinnt! Der Weg zu mentaler und emotionaler Führungsstärke od německé autorky Antje Heimsoeth. Jedná se o druhé vydání knihy nakladatelstvím Springer Gabler v roce 2018. Kniha se věnuje mentálnímu tréninku a strategiím, které jsou aplikovatelné na různé oblasti našeho života. Práce obsahuje dvě části, samotný překlad a odborný komentář. Komentář je tvořen překladatelskou analýzou výchozího textu podle německé translatoložky Christiane Nord, popisem metody překladu, charakteristikou překladatelských problémů na jednotlivých jazykových rovinách a překladatelskými postupy, posuny a výrazovými změnami, ke kterým došlo během překladu. Typologie je zpracována podle Jiřího Levého, Edity Gromové a Antona Popoviče. Cílem práce je funkční překlad, který přinese zájemcům o dané téma cenné poznatky a informace, díky kterým se budou moci rozvíjet tím správným způsobem a pracovat na sobě, a teoretický komentář k překladatelskému procesu. The bachelor thesis contains an annotated translation of a selected chapter 10 Motivation - was entfacht das innere Feuer? from a book Kopf gewinnt! Der Weg zu mentaler und emotionaler Führungsstärke by the German author Antje Heimsoeth. This is the second edition of thebook published by Springer Gabler in 2018. The main focus of thebook is mental training and strategies that are applicable to different areas of our lives. The thesis includes two parts, the translation itself and an expert commentary. The commentary consists of an analysis of the source text according to a german translatologist Christiane Nord, a descrition of the translation method, characteristic of the translation problems at each linguistic level and the translation procedures, shifts and expressive changes, that were occurred during the translation The typology is elaborated on the basis of Jiří Levý, Edita Grom and Anton Popovič. The aim of the work is a functional translation that will provide those interested in the topic with a valuable knowledge and information that will enable them to develop in the right way and work on themselves, and a theoretical commentary to the translation proces.
