Specifika rané péče v neslyšící rodině

Abstract

The bachelor thesis explores the specific characteristics of early intervention in deaf families. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the experiences of deaf parents who are currently using or have previously used early intervention services provided by the organization Centrum pro dětský sluch Tamtam, o.p.s., in supporting their child with hearing loss. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of early intervention, its legal framework in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore, it focuses on early intervention for both hearing and deaf families with children with deaf child, and on the significance of communication within the family. The research section uses a qualitative methodology, specifically case studies of five deaf families. The results indicate that early intervention serves as a crucial support system for deaf families, both in the development of children's communication skills and in navigating available services and assistive technologies. The research identified specific areas for potential improvement of early intervention services, for example more active involvement of deaf professionals. Nikola Koleková, Specifika rané péče v neslyšící rodině 6 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky rané péče v neslyšící rodině. Cílem práce je analyzovat zkušenosti neslyšících rodičů, kteří se svým neslyšícím dítětem využívají nebo využívali službu rané péče poskytovanou organizací Centrum pro dětský sluch Tamtam, o.p.s. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem rané péče, její právní ukotvení v České republice i v zahraničí. Dále se práce zaměřuje na ranou péči pro slyšící i neslyšící rodiny s neslyšícími dětmi a význam komunikace v rodině. Výzkumná část využívá kvalitativní metodologii, konkrétně kazuistiky pěti neslyšících rodin. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že raná péče je pro neslyšící rodiny zdrojem podpory při rozvoji komunikačních dovedností dětí i při orientaci v dostupných službách a kompenzačních pomůckách. Výzkum identifikoval konkrétní oblasti, v nichž by byla možnost pro další rozvoj služby rané péče, jako je například aktivnější účast neslyšících odborníků.
