Role sociálních pracovníků v konfliktních situacích mezi rodiči vzhledem k zachování nejlepšího zájmu dítěte

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of parental conflicts that lead to the breakdown of family relationships and the current challenges associated with minimizing the negative impacts on children affected by this situation. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that hinder the protection of the rights and interests of these children, and subsequently propose changes that should address the shortcomings of current practices and contribute to improving the existing situation. The thesis further contributes to a deeper understanding of the problems related to the implementation of the Cochem model and provides insights into its effective use in relation to maintaining the "best interests of the child" in custody proceedings. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, specifically through semi-structured interviews with social workers from the child protection authorities, with an emphasis on maintaining the anonymity and confidentiality of the participating institution.

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rodičovských konfliktů, které následně vedou k rozpadu rodiny a na současné výzvy, které jsou spojené s minimalizací negativních dopadů na děti, jež jsou touto situací ohroženy. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory, které brání v ochraně práv a zájmů těchto dětí, a následně navrhnout změny, jež by měly reagovat na nedostatky současné praxe a přispět ke zlepšení dosavadní situace. Práce dále přispívá k hlubšímu pochopení problémů spojenými s implementací Cochemské praxe a informuje o jejím efektivním využití vzhledem k zachování "nejlepšího zájmu dítěte" v rámci opatrovnického řízení. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou, konkrétně formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí.
