Testování funkcí citačních manažerů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the use of citation managers among university students, with primary attention given to a newly developed citation tool called Referentka. The main goal of the thesis is to determine to what extent students are able to work independently with this new tool based on their existing knowledge of citation managers, and how the user-friendliness of the interface influences their ability to use the application effectively. The theoretical part defines the concept of a citation manager, describes its basic functions, types, and specific uses in academic writing. It also discusses the topic of user interface design, particularly in terms of clarity, intuitiveness, and its impact on overall user experience. The practical part is based on quantitative research aimed at analyzing how students use citation managers and how they interact with Referentka. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, which provides insights into the frequency of use, the most commonly used functions, and the preferred types of citation managers. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze využívání citačních manažerů mezi studenty vysoké školy, přičemž primární pozornost je věnována nově vzniklému citačnímu nástroji s názvem Referentka. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou studenti vysoké školy na základě svých dosavadních znalostí o citačních manažerech schopni samostatně pracovat s nově vzniklým citačním nástrojem Referentka, a jak uživatelská přívětivost tohoto nástroje ovlivňuje jejich schopnost jej efektivně využívat. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu citační manažer, popis jeho základních funkcí, rozdělení typů a konkrétní způsoby využití v akademickém prostředí. Dále se věnuje problematice návrhu uživatelského rozhraní, a to zejména z hlediska jeho přehlednosti, intuitivnosti a vlivu na celkovou uživatelskou zkušenost. Praktická část se opírá o kvantitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je analyzovat způsob, jakým studenti používají citační manažery a jak interagují s nástrojem Referentka. Výzkum je realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky poskytují přehled o frekvenci používání citačních nástrojů, nejčastěji využívaných funkcích i preferovaných typech manažerů.
