Implementace peer konzultanství do oblasti sociálního bydlení pohledem expertů a peerů

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis aims to provide an exploratory insight into the issue of peer consultancy in social housing. The research objective of the thesis is to determine how the use of peer consultants in the services of the social housing system affects the peers themselves, their colleagues and clients. The thesis includes an analysis of potential barriers that may pose risks or obstacles for peer consultants in performing their work. The theory of implementation is used for the theoretical anchoring of the thesis, while the final research objective is to identify a possible implementation deficit in employing peer consultants. The research was conducted using a qualitative method through semi-structured expert interviews with 2 types of informants, namely the peers themselves and experts. In this area, the author identifies the positive aspects that peers bring according to expert informants and peers and emphasizes the possible risks that may arise for peers, other workers and their clients if the work environment is poorly set up. The author also identifies barriers that are mainly related to the legislative lack of anchoring of this job position. Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl poskytnout explorativní vhled do problematiky peer konzultantství v oblasti sociálního bydlení. Výzkumným cílem práce je zjistit, jak využívání peer konzultantů službách systému sociálního bydlení ovlivňuje samotné peery, jejich spolupracovníky a klienty. Součástí práce je analýza potenciálních bariér, které mohou pro peer konzultanty při výkonu své práce představovat rizika či překážky. K teoretickému ukotvení je pro práci využita teorie implementace, přičemž posledním výzkumným cílem je identifikovat možný implementační deficit zaměstnávání peer konzultantů. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní metodou skrze polostrukturované expertní rozhovory s 2 typy informátorů, a to samotnými peery a experty. Autorka v této oblasti identifkuje pozitiva, která peeři přináší dle expertních informátorů a peerů, a zdůrazňuje možná rizika, která se při špatném nastavení pracovního prostředí mohou objevit pro peery, ostatní pracovníky a jejich klienty. Dále autorka identifikuje bariéry, které zejména souvisí s legislativní neukotveností této pracovní pozice. V poslední kapitole této práce jsou uvedeny doporučení na předcházení rizik v multidisciplinárních týmech a také doporučení na další výzkum, který by zjištění z této práce doplnil.
