Bezpečnostní politika České republiky: Divergence názorů SPD a STAČILO!

Abstract

The topic of the submitted thesis is the perception of the Czech Republic's security policy by the Czech far-right, represented by the SPD movement, and the far-left, represented by the STAČILO! movement. The objective of the thesis is to confirm or refute the hypothesis that although these are two anti-system parties, whose statements on this topic could primarily be expected to be similar, it can also be expected that in certain areas their views will differ based on their left-right ideological foundations. The conflicts between Russia and Ukraine and between Israel and Hamas were used as case studies. The hypothesis was tested using two indicators, namely attitudes towards security policy and attitudes towards migration. The chosen research techniques were semi-structured in-depth interviews and secondary analysis. Based on the obtained results, the hypothesis was confirmed in three out of four points. It was confirmed in the following points: attitudes towards the migration of Ukrainian refugees, attitudes towards security policy regarding the conflict between Israel and Hamas, and attitudes towards migration in the context of the conflict between Israel and Hamas. Tématem předkládané práce je vnímání bezpečnostní politiky České republiky českou krajní pravicí, zastoupenou hnutí SPD a krajní levicí zastoupenou hnutím STAČILO!. Cílem práce je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, že ačkoliv jde o dvě antisystémové strany, u kterých lze primárně předpokládat, že jejich vyjádření budou k tomuto tématu obdobná, lze taktéž očekávat, že v určitých tématech se jejich pohled liší na základě jejich pravolevého ideologického základu. Jako případové studie byl použit konflikt Ruska s Ukrajinou a Izraele s hnutím Hamás. Hypotéza byla ověřována pomocí dvou indikátorů, a to postoj k bezpečnostní politice a postoj k migraci. Jako výzkumná technika byly zvoleny polostandardizované hloubkové rozhovory a sekundární analýza. Na základě získaných výsledků byla hypotéza potvrzena ve třech ze čtyř bodů. Potvrzena byla v bodech: postoje k migraci ukrajinských uprchlíků, postoje k bezpečnostní politice vůči konfliktu Izraele s hnutím Hamás a postoje k migraci v kontextu konfliktu Izraele s hnutím Hamás. Hypotéza byla vyvrácena pouze v jednom bodě, a to v postoji k bezpeční politice vůči konfliktu Ruska s Ukrajinou.
