Politika výkonu trestu u matek v České republice pohledem expertů

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the execution of maternal sentences in the Czech Republic, reflecting the opinions of experts on this issue. The work combines theoretical and empirical approaches. The theoretical part describes all the key concepts related to the execution of maternal punishment. The theoretical part also focuses on the implementation of child- centred family policy, the theory of emotional attachment and the application of the concept of the best interests of the child. The research part relies on interviews with experts on the issue, mothers in prison, in order to map the current situation, identify challenges and propose reform measures. The results of the work show that the current practice of maternal imprisonment shows serious shortcomings, especially in taking into account the needs of children and families and offers suggestions on how to integrate approaches more effectively into Czech prison policy.

Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat výkon trestu matek v České republice, přičemž reflektuje názory expertů na tuto problematiku. Práce kombinuje teoretické a empirické přístupy. Teoretická část popisuje všechny klíčové pojmy související s výkonem trestu matek. Teoretická část se dále soustředí na implementaci rodinné politiky zaměřené na dítě, teorii citové vazby a uplatnění konceptu nejvyššího zájmu dítěte. Výzkumná část se opírá o rozhovory s experty na problematiku, matek ve výkonu trestu, jejichž cílem je zmapovat aktuální situaci, identifikovat výzvy a navrhnout reformní opatření. Výsledky práce ukazují, že současná praxe výkonu trestu matek vykazuje závažné nedostatky, zejména v zohlednění potřeb dětí a rodin, a nabízí návrhy, jak efektivněji integrovat přístupy do české vězeňské politiky.
