Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on women's sexuality during pregnancy and after childbirth. The aim of this thesis is to identify the psychological and physical changes that influence women's sexual lives during pregnancy and the postpartum period. It also explores how women's partners respond to these changes. Furthermore, the thesis addresses the impact of birth injuries and the postpartum period on women's intimate lives. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the changes in female sexuality during pregnancy and after childbirth. It includes both psychological and physical factors. It also deals with the issue of sexual dysfunctions and the education of women in this area. Attention is also given to the role of communication with partners. The practical part presents the results of a custom-designed questionnaire survey. It focuses on women's experiences and attitudes regarding their sexual lives during pregnancy and after childbirth. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sexualitu žen v období těhotenství a po porodu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké psychické a fyzické změny ovlivňují sexuální život žen v těhotenství a po porodu. Zajímá nás také, jak se k těmto změnám staví partneři žen. Práce se rovněž zabývá dopady porodních poranění a šestinedělí na intimní život žen. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje změny v ženské sexualitě během těhotenství a po porodu. Zahrnuje také psychické a fyzické faktory. Dále se věnuje problematice sexuálních dysfunkcí a edukaci žen v této oblasti. Pozornost je věnována i vlivu komunikace s partnerem. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky vlastně konstruovaného dotazníkového šetření. Zaměřuje se na zkušenosti a postoje žen k vlastnímu sexuálnímu životu v období těhotenství a po porodu.
