Vliv sociálních služeb na zdravotní stav osob bez přístřeší.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zdravotního stavu osob bez přístřeší a způsoby, jakými sociální služby mohou tento stav ovlivnit. Jejím cílem je prozkoumat tyto způsoby, analy- zovat jejich funkčnost, úspěšnost a limity a popsat konkrétní intervence, které zdravotní stav osob bez přístřeší ovlivňují. V diplomové práci jsou popsány další faktory, které tento stav ovlivňují, např. vztah osob bez přístřeší ke zdravotnickému systému a individuální a sys- témové bariéry, které osobám bez přístřeší brání v přístupu ke kvalitní zdravotní péči. Cíle bylo dosaženo pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s osobami bez přístřeší a po- mocí tema�cké analýzy výpovědí v těchto rozhovorech. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že osoby bez přístřeší vnímají sociální služby jako nezastupitelnou pomoc při zlepšování svého zdravotního stavu. Ve věcech základního ošetření, zdravotního poradenství a psychosociální podpory při řešení svých zdravotních problémů hodno� soci- ální služby jako nejvíce nápomocné a funkční. Opro� tomu z výzkumu také vzešlo, že osoby bez přístřeší mají narušenou důvěru ve zdravotní systém následkem nega�vních zkušenos� se zdravotnickým personálem a kvalitou poskytovaných služeb, jako je např. ošetření chro- nických ran. This thesis focuses on the health status of homeless individuals and the ways in which social services can influence this status. Its aim is to explore these methods, analyze their func- �onality, success, and limita�ons, and describe specific interven�ons that impact the health of homeless individuals. The thesis also outlines other factors affec�ng their health, such as the rela�onship of homeless individuals with the healthcare system and the indi- vidual and systemic barriers that prevent them from accessing quality healthcare. The objec�ves were achieved through semi-structured interviews with homeless indi- viduals and thema�c analysis of their statements from these interviews. The research revealed that homeless individuals perceive social services as an indispens- able aid in improving their health status. They consider social services to be the most help- ful and effec�ve in areas such as basic medical care, health counseling, and psychosocial support in addressing their health issues. Conversely, the research also found that home- less individuals have diminished trust in the healthcare system due to nega�ve experiences with healthcare personnel and the quality of services provided, such as the treatment of chronic wounds.
