Historická transformace organizovaných zločineckých skupin ve městě Jekatěrinburg během 90. let 20. stoleti

Abstract

Tato studie je zaměřena na zkoumání nového typu organizovaných zločineckých skupin, které vznikly na území současného Ruska na konci 80. let a na začátku 90. let, a to na příkladu organizovaných zločineckých skupin jednoho z největších regionálních center Ruska - města Jekatěrinburgu. V této diplomové práci jsou analyzovány příčiny vzniku velkého počtu zločineckých skupin v tomto historickém období, faktory, které vedly k tomu, že organizované zločinecké skupiny začaly vykazovat nové rysy, které nebyly dříve vlastní organizovanému zločinu, specifické charakteristiky, které jsou typické pro konkrétní regionální zločinecké skupiny (na příkladu města Jekatěrinburgu), a také proces transformace těchto skupin, příčiny jejich zániku a obraz organizovaných zločineckých skupin v současném ruském mediálním prostoru.

This study focuses on the examination of new types of organized criminal groups that emerged in the territory of contemporary Russia at the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s, using the example of organized criminal groups of one of Russia's largest regional centers, Yekaterinburg. The thesis explores the reasons behind the proliferation of criminal groups during this historical period, the factors that led organized criminal groups to acquire new characteristics not previously associated with organized crime, the distinctive features specific to certain regional criminal groups (focusing on Yekaterinburg), as well as the process of transformation of these groups, the causes of their disappearance, and the portrayal of organized criminal groups in the contemporary Russian media landscape.
