Vliv psychického nastavení sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách na práci s lidmi s mentálním postižením

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the influence of the psychological attitude of social workers and social service workers on their work with people with mental disabilities. In the theoretical part, I describe the definition of mental disability, qualifications and characteristics of individual levels. I also briefly describe social services for people with mental disabilities. At the end of this chapter, I also describe social work with people with mental disabilities. Furthermore, the thesis describes the differences between a social worker and a social service worker, personality traits and psychological burdens of workers. The next chapter is devoted to the concept of psychological attitude, where I defined cognitive components and affective processes. It also focuses on factors influencing psychological attitude and psychohygiene strategies for supporting a positive psychological attitude. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a chapter dealing with the influence of positive and negative impact of psychological attitude on work. The empirical part of the thesis includes a research survey conducted using questionnaires that were sent to organizations providing social services for people with intellectual disabilities. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem psychického nastavení sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách na práci s lidmi s mentálním postižením. V teoretické části popisuji definici mentálního postižení, kvalifikaci a charakteristiky jednotlivých stupňů. Také zkráceně popisuji sociální služby pro lidi s mentálním postižením. V závěru této kapitoly popisuji i sociální práci s lidmi s mentálním postižením. Dále práce přibližuje rozdíly mezi sociálním pracovníkem a pracovníkem v sociálních službách, osobnostní předpoklady a psychické zátěže pracovníků. Další kapitola je věnována pojmu psychické nastavení, kde jsem vymezila kognitivní složky a afektivní procesy. Zaměřuje se také na faktory ovlivňující psychické nastavení a strategie psychohygieny pro podporu pozitivního psychického nastavení. V závěru teoretické části je zařazena kapitola zabývající se vlivem pozitivního i negativního dopadu psychického nastavení na práci. Empirická část diplomové práce zahrnuje výzkumné šetření realizované pomocí dotazníků, které byly rozeslány do organizací, poskytujících sociální služby pro lidi s mentálním postižením.
