Motivace ke studiu u studentů střední školy dopravní

Abstract

The presented work examined the motives of secondary vocational school students in the field of railway transport to study in this field. The main motive turned out to be the vision of a future profession. Some respondents even described this profession as a dream. The inspiring people to study this field were not close family members, but friends and acquaintances. It turned out that the strengthening motive for studying is the completed internships, which bring students closer to their future profession in a real way. Although the parents were not the ones who inspired the respondents to study, most parents agreed with the chosen field.

Předkládaná práce zkoumala motivy studentů střední odborné školy, v oboru zaměřeném na železniční dopravu ke studiu v tomto oboru. Hlavním motivem se ukázala vize budoucího povolání. Někteří respondenti dokonce označili toto povolání jako vysněné. Inspirujícími osobami ke studiu tohoto oboru nebyli pro studenty blízcí z rodiny, ale kamarádi a známí. Ukázalo se, že posilujícím motivem při studiu jsou absolvované praxe, které studentům budoucí povolání přibližují v reálné rovině. Přestože rodiče nebyli těmi, kdo respondenty ke studiu inspiroval většina rodičů projevila s vybraným oborem souhlas. Výzkum by bylo vhodné rozšířit na větší počet odborných škol se stejným zaměřením. Poté výsledky srovnat s odbornými školami zaměřenými na jiné obory.
