Role Center na podporu integrace cizinců v České republice

Abstract

The thesis analyses the roles of centres for the integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic, focusing on their approaches to clients, the services provided and mutual cooperation within the network of these facilities. The research, based on qualitative methodology, describes the main factors influencing the effectiveness of integration work, including the way clients are recruited, the individual approach of staff to clients, the stability of funding and the level of communication between centres across the Czech Republic. The research shows that although the staff of the centres work very professionally and with great commitment, they encounter various problems in their work, often related to lack of money and limited possibilities of some services. This paper proposes how cooperation between the different institutions could be improved, how to bring the different professionals more closely together and how to strengthen the facilities that the centres need to be able to help foreigners really effectively.

Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze rolí center na podporu integrace cizinců v České republice se zaměřením na jejich přístupy ke klientům, poskytované služby a vzájemnou spolupráci v rámci sítě těchto zařízení. Výzkum založený na kvalitativní metodologii popisuje hlavní faktory ovlivňující efektivitu integrační práce, mezi které patří například způsob získávání klientů, individuální přístup pracovníků ke klientům, stabilita financování a úroveň komunikace mezi centry napříč Českou republikou. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že i když pracovníci center pracují velmi profesionálně a s velkým nasazením, narážejí při své práci na různé problémy často spojené s nedostatkem peněz a omezenými možnostmi některých služeb. Tato práce navrhuje, jak by se mohla spolupráce mezi jednotlivými institucemi zlepšit, jak více propojit různé odborníky a jak posílit zázemí, které centra potřebují pro to, aby mohly cizincům opravdu účinně pomáhat.
