Výhody zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis was to find out what benefits are brought by employing people with disabilities on the open labour market. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of disability and works with statistical data concerning persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on employment opportunities for people with disabilities, describing the open labour market, the sheltered labour market and social enterprises. The third chapter presents tools supporting the labour integration of persons with disabilities, such as vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, integrative social enterprises and activities of the Association for Open Labour Market. The fourth chapter identifies the benefits of employing persons with disabilities for employers, persons with disabilities and society, drawing on available research and literature. The aim of the research was to identify the benefits of employing people with disabilities from the perspective of both parties - employers and people with disabilities themselves. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jaké výhody přináší zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na otevřeném trhu práce. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola vymezuje pojem zdravotního postižení a pracuje se statistickými daty týkající se osob se zdravotním postižením v České republice. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na možnosti pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením, popisuje otevřený trh práce, chráněný trhu práce a sociální podniky. Třetí kapitola představuje nástroje podporující pracovní integraci osob se zdravotním postižením, jako jsou pracovní rehabilitace, podporované zaměstnávání, integrační sociální podniky a aktivity Asociace pro otevřený trh práce. Čtvrtá kapitola identifikuje výhody plynoucí se zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením pro zaměstnavatele, osoby se zdravotním postižením a společnost, kapitola čerpá z dostupných výzkumů a odborné literatury. V praktické části práce byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum, výzkumnou metodou byly zvoleny polostrukturované rozhovory, které byly vedeny se čtyřmi zaměstnavateli a čtyřmi zaměstnanci se zdravotním postižením pracujícími na otevřeném trhu práce.
