Integrační sociální podniky v České republice zaměstnávající osoby s tělesným, mentálním či kombinovaným postižením

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the current topic of social entrepreneurship focused on the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labour market. The aim is to find out how the employment of people with physical, mental or combined disabilities takes place in an integrative social enterprise. The paper defines the basic concepts, characterizes social entrepreneurship and its principles. The main focus is on a completely new form of the so- called integrative social enterprise, which has only been enshrined in legislation in the Czech Republic since 2025 and whose functioning is only just beginning, although it has been running informally for years. In the research part of the bachelor thesis, qualitative research is conducted on a selected social enterprise employing people with disabilities. Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním tématem sociálního podnikání zaměřeného na zapojení osob se zdravotním postižením do pracovního procesu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá zaměstnávání osob s tělesným, mentálním či kombinovaným postižením v integračním sociálním podniku. V práci jsou definovány základní pojmy, charakterizováno sociální podnikání a jeho principy. Stěžejní pohled je věnován zcela nové formě takzvaného integračního sociálního podniku, který je v České republice zakotven v legislativě teprve od roku 2025, ale v praxi již funguje několik let s podporou evropských fondů. Ve výzkumné části bakalářské práce je zpracován kvalitativní výzkum zaměřený na vybraný sociální podnik zaměstnávající osoby se zdravotním postižením.
