Zpracování historických sbírek perm-triasové tetrapodí fauny z pánve Ruhuhu (jižní Tanzánie)

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with undetermined tetrapod fossils from the storage of the Chlupač Museum of Earth History. The fossils were collected in the area of the Ruhuhu basin (Tanzania) by the Czech-German geologist Ernst Nowack in 30th of 20 century. The assumed period - Permian to Triassic. The work includes a short description of the history of the site's research, the geology of the basins, but the main goal remains the description of postcranial skeleton and the most accurate identification of one cranial part of skeleton. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá neurčenými zkamenělinami tetrapodů z depozitářů Chlupáčova muzea historie Země. Fosilie byly nasbírané v oblasti pánve Ruhuhu (Tanzanie) česko- německým geologem Ernstem Nowackem v třicátých letech 20. století. Předpokládané staří - perm až trias. Práce zahrnuje krátký popis historie výzkumu oblasti, geologie pánví, avšak hlavním cílem se zůstává popis postkraniálních částí skeletu a detailního určení jednoho kraniálního exempláru.
