Historie a proměna pozice ředitele školy v průběhu let 1918-2018 v českém prostředí.

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the transformation of the post of school principal in the individual stages of the politically volatile 20th century. The aim is to perform an analysis of the performance of the director's function in the given period, primarily with a focus on his rights, obligations and competence framework, based on the legislation of the time. Secondary topics are also mentioned that are closely related to school management, such as the level of responsibility, the autonomy of the director, or the social status, which reflects the prestige of this profession and the level of education of the given historical era. The theoretical section is divided according to individual political periods of Czech history (from the First Republic to the present day). The research part focuses on an interview with selected school principals, who will comment on the current state of the principal's position and the changes in the performance of this function over the years.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá proměnou postu ředitele školy v jednotlivých etapách politicky proměnlivého 20. století. Cílem je provést analýzu výkonu funkce ředitele v daném období, především se zaměřením na jeho práva, povinnosti a kompetenční rámec, vycházející z dobové legislativy. Sekundárně jsou zmíněna i témata, která s managementem škol úzce souvisejí, jako např. míra odpovědnosti, autonomie ředitele či společenské postavení, které odráží prestiž tohoto povolání i úroveň školství dané historické éry. Teoretický oddíl je členěn podle jednotlivých politických období českých dějin (od první republiky až do současnosti). Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na rozhovor s vybranými řediteli škol, kteří se vyjádří k současnému stavu pozice ředitele a k proměně výkonu této funkce v průběhu let.
