Prchající, pečující, pracující - Válečné uprchlice z Ukrajiny a koordinace péče a práce v České republice

Abstract

The thesis examines the reflection of the migration experiences of Ukrainian female refugees in the Czech Republic. The primary objective of the study is to analyze the impact of the specific role of these women as mothers who coordinate work and childcare responsibilities without the presence of a partner. The research focuses on themes such as strategies for coordinating care and work, practices of transnational care, residence security, and the effects of migration experiences on the personal lives of the refugees. Qualitative research was conducted in 2024 using semi-structured interviews with 18 women who fled Ukraine with their children to the Czech Republic in 2022 due to the war.

Diplomová práce zkoumá reflexi migrační zkušenosti ukrajinských uprchlic v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza vlivu specifické role těchto žen jakožto matek koordinujících práci a péči o děti a domácnost bez přítomnosti partnera. Práce se zaměřuje na témata strategií koordinace péče a práce, transnacionální praxe péče, pobytovou bezpečnost a dopady migrační zkušenosti na osobní životy uprchlic. Kvalitativní výzkum byl veden v roce 2024 metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovor s 18 ženami, které v roce 2022 se svými dětmi uprchly do České republiky před válkou z Ukrajiny.
