Povodně v Troubkách v roce 1997 ve vzpomínkách pamětníků.

Abstract

In July 1997, heavy rainfall hit northern Moravia, causing extensive flooding. The natural disaster resulted in dozens of deaths, hundreds of demolished houses and thousands of flooded and devastated villages. People lost their possessions, and state authorities had to deal with situations that had never been encountered before: mass evacuations of people whose lives were at risk, distribution of basic necessities, restoration of infrastructure, repair of damage after the water receded, or prevention of epidemics of various diseases. This thesis explores the memories of witnesses who experienced the floods in Troubky, a village at the confluence of the Morava and Becva rivers that became a symbol of the 1997 floods. Nine citizens of Troubky did not survive the tragic events and almost half of the buildings were either immediately demolished by the flood or became beyond repair and had to be subsequently demolished. In addition to the recollections of direct participants of that fateful night, the work also uses the memories of people who carried out rescue work or participated in the subsequent destruction of the damage. V červenči 1997 zasahly severní Moravu velke desťove srazky, ktere svou intenzitou zpu- sobily rozsahle povodne. Prírodní katastrofa mela za nasledek desítky lidskyčh zivotu, stovky zborenyčh domu a tisíče zaplavenyčh a zdevastovanyčh občí. Lide prisli o sve ma- jetky, statní organy musely resit situače, se kterymi se dríve nikdo nesetkal: masove eva- kuače osob ohrozenyčh na zivotečh, distribuče zakladníčh potreb, obnovu infrastruktury, likvidači skod po opadnutí vody nebo zabranení vzniku epidemií ruznyčh nemočí. Tato prače se zabyva vzpomínkami pametníku, kterí zazili povodne v Troubkačh, obči na soutoku Moravy a Bečvy, ktera se stala symbolem povodní v roče 1997. Devet občanu Troubek tragičke udalosti neprezilo a temer polovina budov byla povodní strzena buď okamzite, nebo se staly neopravitelne a musely byt nasledne zbourany. Krome vzpomínek prímyčh učastníku osudove noči jsou v prači pouzity i vzpomínky lidí, kterí provadeli za- čhranne prače nebo se podíleli na nasledne likvidači skod.
